Coaching is definitely a buzz word nowadays. You can find a coach for ANYTHING. Relationships, money, business, nutrition, the list goes on and on. But what even is coaching?
Well let me start by telling you what it’s not. Coaching is not teaching or training. It is not about telling you the answers or giving you a step-by-step plan.
Coaching is about uncovering the answers that you already have within you. It’s about unlocking your unlimited potential. This is done by asking thoughtful and targeted questions that bring out the possibilities inside you. It’s about digging into the underlying beliefs behind the issues you’re struggling with. It is recognizing the patterns that are keeping you stuck. It can often be difficult to notice these things in ourselves because we are so immersed in them.
A coach has an outside perspective. It’s like when you’re on the interstate and you can see the car in front of you start to change lanes and cut someone off. You have a view of the whole situation and you can clearly see the car in their blindspot.  What if you had someone whose job was to uncover your blindspot? That’s what a great coach can do!

I've since become certified in Mindset Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Hypnosis so I can create lasting change for others.
